Public Disclosure of Personal Assets

Probate and estate administration is a public procedure and the Will (and frequently the value of the estate) are filed in the local Registry Office in each country concerned. Occassionally, the details are published in national newspapers. Any Revenue or other official has access to such information.

No public disclosure or access by any state authority, so only you and the trustee company will be aware of the details. If you wish to inform third parties then that is entirely your decision.
